ROYAL VISIT

Her Majesty The Queen will be represented by Her personal representative for the county of Hertfordshire – The Lord-Lieutenant Robert Voss CBE, accompanied by his personal Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadets.  They will join us for our Carnival on 11 July.
